About Us
Our Team
We are a group of women who have all faced a life-altering diagnosis and come out on the other side. Our paths originally crossed during breast reconstruction, but our family has grown to encompass so much more. Our goal is to provide meaningful help and education to other women who are facing this difficult time in their life. We are your resource, your friend, and your ear to listen. Our meetings are not always "breast cancer" related. Sometimes we just like to get out and have fun together. It can be a much needed break in what can sometimes be a dark time in our lives.
Our Meetings
We love to help others in our community who are faced with a breast cancer diagnosis. We love to have fun together and can't wait to meet other survivors!
Care Packages
Through donations, our group provides care packages to local women newly diagnosed with breast cancer. These bags are filled with items we found useful while going through chemo, radiation, and surgery. Some examples include: socks, hats, ointment, bandages, notebooks, lotion, etc. These packages are given out through local doctors. If you know someone newly diagnosed who would like a care package, contact us and we'll be happy to provide them with one!
Our Mission
Each year we design and sell t-shirts to raise money for our group. Every penny we earn stays in our area to help women going through this disease. Whether it be a meal for their family or Christmas presents for their children, our goal at the BRAT Pack is to provide relief and friendship so that all women know they are not alone in their fight!
